How will you contribute: (Duties, role, responsibilities, teams to collaborate with)
• Develop, implement, and execute an effective 360 press strategy in line with the brand and the
Creative Director’s vision.
• Secure excellent quality and quantity media coverage in target printed and digital
media.
• Translate and adapt accurate press material from head office for local usage; supervise the
development and execution of PR messages and asset preparation to ensure accuracy of the brand
content, and to infuse relevant angles that align with the current brand direction.
• Liaise with social team to ensure PR initiatives are seamlessly integrated with and amplified
via social channels; provide input and feedback on copy and asset development.
• Co-ordinate, manage and execute product launch, press days, trunk shows, and other brand
events.
• Build on and maintain excellent relationships with key fashion/lifestyle/art press contacts and
present story angles, features and product placement in line with the brand; update and maintain
consistency if media database.
• Ensure all communications are kept in line with the brand and is of the highest
standard.
• Monitor and deliver given KPIs on media coverage, in charge of the overall DMR review.
• Prepare regular reports and analysis to London head office.
• Supervise the sample planning and arrangement, manage day-to-day sample coordination with
various internal (social media, celebrity in-charge, merchandising team, and HK/TW team) and
external (press, stylist, celebrity) stakeholders.
• Highlighting any potential business and partnership opportunities with landlords
• Develop, align and implement annual local celebrity strategy from planning to execution, in
compliant with brand communication goals and guidelines; local celebrity relations build-up and
maintenance, research on celebrity profile who can amplify the brand communication messages with
sensibility.
• Lead the creative and execution of the local natives and campaigns, including brief, creative
idea, local talent, execution, production, and relevant coverage planning.
Required Skills: (Required qualifications, skills, languages etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree holder or above in marketing and communications or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with exposure in luxury fashion houses is
preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• A good communicator with the ability to interface regularly with internal and external personnel
at all levels.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously
• Computer literate, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word & Excel)
