    BOTTEGA VENETA Finance Assistant/Analyst

    This position reports directly to the Finance Director of Bottega Veneta Korea and works closely with the FP&A Sr. Manager and FP&A Manager within the Bottega Veneta Korea Finance team. The role also serves as a key point of contact for the Kering Korea Shared Service Center (SSC) and supports BV Korea employees with finance-related inquiries, including Esker usage.

    Financial Planning and Analysis (Budget and Forecasting)

    • Support financial planning for the E-commerce and Wholesale businesses
    • Support the preparation of CAPEX projection and related depreciation planning
    • Maintain the company-wide travel schedule file for Budget and Forecast cycles
    • Submit the Detail Plan (DP) in the BOARD system

    Monthly Closing

    • Review Esker invoices and coordinate corrections with the relevant departments
    • Manage intercompany reconciliation with the BV HQ counterpart and the SSC
    • Circulate the closing data summary to each department upon completion of closing
    • Update the Trial Balance Excel template for the Korea Finance Team
    • Manage fixed asset acquisitions, disposals and depreciation in collaboration with the SSC

    Reporting

    • Daily sales flash report (local)
    • Weekly retail sales reporting (HQ, system: SAS)
    • Monthly retail sales certificate (HQ, system: SAS)
    • Monthly wholesale sales and margin file submission (HQ, system: GAS)
    • Monthly wholesale sales reporting by customer (HQ, system: Excel)
    • Annual group insurance data reporting (HQ)

    Finance Operations

    • Collect sales slips from retail stores
    • Coordinate manual vendor voucher processing with the SSC
    • Coordinate the issuance of company phones to office employees with the external vendor
    • Prepare monthly purchase requisitions (PR) in Esker for recurring expenses
    • Maintain company permanent files, including store contracts

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a multinational environment
    • Business-level English, both written and spoken
    • Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP is a plus
    • Strong attention to detail and a collaborative working style
