We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Intern to join our team on a contract/internship basis. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate or a junior creative who wants hands-on experience in luxury retail visual merchandising based in Singapore.
This role is split between dynamic field execution (65% store visits) and critical operational support (35% administrative duties).
How you will contribute:
Field Execution & Store Support
Store visits on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure all visual merchandising standards align with brand guidelines
Ad-hoc store visit based on HQ requests and store opening / special VM animation set-up support
Operations & Administration
Consolidate store photos from the SEAO store WhatsApp group
Perform basic photo retouching using Adobe Photoshop (e.g. cropping, colour correction and resizing)
Organise ad hoc photo requests and upload reports to the shared drive
Coordinate the inbound and outbound movement of VM tools, props and fixtures between the warehouse and retail stores across SEAO
Support quarterly inventory checks of visual merchandising tools and assets
Who you are:
Recent college graduate or junior professional with a strong interest in visual merchandising, retail or fashion
Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (cropping, color correction, resizing) and Microsoft program, AI program is plus
Energetic and comfortable travelling regularly to retail stores
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
A proactive team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
