Job Description

Hospitality & Client Experience

• Shadow and assist our full-time Client Advisors in providing a luxury shopping experience to our clients through active engagements and personalised service and recommendations
• Offer and serve signature house beverages according to brand presentation standards.
• Anticipate client needs while they wait or browse, ensuring a comfortable environment.
• Seamlessly introduce or hand off clients to available Client Advisors.

Front-of-House Brand Representation

• Greet every client warmly and professionally upon arrival to create an immediate positive impression.
• Maintain a pristine, well-organized entrance area that aligns with brand visual standards.
• Manage foot traffic flow at the doorway during peak operating hours.

Visual Merchandising (VM)

• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain and upkeep VM to be aligned with the WW visual guidelines

Operations

• Assist back-of-house team with receiving, controlling, and managing merchandise and deliveries, ensuring accurate tracking, storage and uploading of ASN/STS/ICT into the JDA system.
• Ensure timely receipt, tagging, and distribution of products and supplies
• Replenishment of display merchandise as required

Inventory Control

• Participate in merchandise inventories and stock takes to identify discrepancies and losses in line with Gucci policies and procedures
• Monitor levels of packaging stock and track defective products.
• Conduct category scans for inventory purposes

Others

• All other ad-hoc related duties as assigned by the Store Management team.

Requirements

• Min 3 days/week for 3-6 months (Available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday would be a plus)
• Team Player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly adaptable and flexible in a fast pace working environment
