1/ Prepare Assortment for online & offline channels (35%).
Assist Product Marketing Manager on preparing assortments across various channels with a good understanding of brands & trend, and the differentiation of each platforms.
Assist Product Marketing Manager on live-streaming product selections and arrange samples for the selections.
Provide relevant assortment suggestions based on EC communication theme and calendar.
Prepare product list for model shooting and product shooting including novelties and carry over products.
Prepare multi-brand assortment for big projects when needed, review the sales performance and adjust accordingly to ensure the optimized assortment and stock level.
2/ Merchandising Management for EC platforms (35%)
Based on OTB to decide the stock level
Select and buy new release product for EC platforms
Regular stock review and make decision on delisted stock
Prepare stock for big campaigns including Double 11 & 618
3/ Sell-in and Sell-out Reporting (10%)
Provide multi-brand Sell-in reports regularly.
Collect sell-out data and prepare sales report for various channels and platforms regularly.
Top models sales performance tracking and reporting, discover potential top sellers.
Provide specific reports when required.
4/ Competitor and trend research (10%)
Conduct competitor brands and product research via EC tools and provide regular reports.
Support to deliver trend report & analysis with a good send of global and local trends.
5/ Other ad hoc tasks relating to products and merchandising (10%)
Liaise with EC team for sample arrangement when required.
Assist in follow-up with allocated product & merchandising related events or special projects.
