    To cope with business growth, Qeelin are currently looking for high calibre with creative mind-set to join us. This role will report to the Financial Controller as part of Global Finance Team in HK.

    HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

    Financial Analysis and Reporting:

    • Calculate monthly stock provisions, consolidate margin adjustments, and analyze profitability and capital expenditures.
    • Provide a comprehensive overview of store and various market performance and compare financial results against budgets and forecasts.
    • Prepare monthly management reports, variance analysis, and financial performance reviews.
    • Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.

    Sales and Inventory Management:

    • Prepare monthly sales reports and conduct rolling forecasts to ensure accurate inventory management.

    Collaboration and Reconciliation:

    • Collaborate with Marketing and Communication Teams to reconcile expenses and liaise with the Market Shared-Service Finance Department for reporting.

    Administrative Duties:

    • Maintain the Agreements register and manage ad hoc assignments involving various projects and analyses.

    WHO YOU ARE

    • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
    • Qualified Accountant is preferred
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in management reporting, FP&A or similar function, ideally gained from sizable retail/luxury organization
    • Proficient in MS Office, previous exposure in D365 is preferred
    • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
    • Strong ability to understand business data, assess metrics and link analyses to performance in order to acknowledge and impact behavioral changes
    • Good communication skill, independent, well organized, detailed oriented as well as a good team player
    • Responsible and able to work under pressure with tight deadline
    • Candidates with more extensive relevant experience may be considered for Assistant Manager position.
