    Job Family Group Description - Sales: This Job Family Group combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management. Job Family Description - Wholesale: Enhances relationships with key partners and suggests a partner distribution/target list. Monitors sales KPIs to ensure that partners are achieving maximum sales potential. Guarantees stock in wholesale partners while managing the order and delivery process. Speciality Description - Wholesale: Enhances relationships with key partners and suggests a partner distribution/target list. Monitors sales KPIs to ensure that partners are achieving maximum sales potential. Guarantees stock in wholesale partners while managing the order and delivery process.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

     

    • China Wholesale Partners Routine Operations:

    Ø  Finish weekly / monthly / quarterly sales & inventory report;

    Ø  Place Spot orders and Future Orders for wholesale partners

    Ø  Assist with monthly shipments and work with finance on invoicing.

    Ø  Follow up on wholesale partners returns, exchanges and related matters.

    Ø  Support Wholesale Head to improve operation procedure and SOP;

     

    • Marketing:

    Ø  Support all matters related to CRM VIC events.

    Ø  Liaise with MKT to apply for OOH advertisings for wholesale paetners.

    Ø  Support Window refresh, guarantee quality and maintain brand image.

    Ø  Ordering GWP

     

    • Others: 

    Ø  Communicate effectively across business units internally and externally as well as with our business partners and third-parties.

    Ø  Undertake other ad-hoc assignments as required.
