Your Opportunity
You will support the development of the brand’s Sneakers collections . You will support the Shoes Product Development Manager to interpret and realize samples based on the indications provided by the Design office and in close collaboration with other departments and suppliers.
How will you contribute?
Collect and organize indications and information from the Design team relating to collection development
Support the Shoes Product Development Manager in the development and follow-up of samples, working closely with suppliers to ensure that they meet the expected aesthetic and quality standards
Support the verification of the technical feasibility of the collections, identifying possible critical points and, with the assistance of internal technicians and suppliers, finding appropriate solutions
Support the management and coordination of orders for semi-finished products, components, and finished products required for the development of new collections
Collaborate with the Raw Materials R&D Department to identify the suitable materials and processes for developing the collections
Support the Costing Team in valuing items developed for collection budget control.
Support the preparation and sharing of product informationduring the technical review
Collaborate with the Quality Department to provide support the resolution of issues that may arise during production
Required Skills:
You will be able to demonstrate the desired Alexander McQueen behaviours
You have at least 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role with exposure to Designers and working on sneakers
Proven capacity to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
Fluent in English and Italian
Good knowledge of MS Office and particularly MS Excel. Knowledge of programs like Stealth or Kubix is considered a plus
Well organized and detail oriented
Dynamic, with a problem-solving attitude and capacity to establish positive working relations with colleagues, stakeholders and suppliers
Willing to travel in Italy and abroad where necessary

Indicative starting salary: 29.921 € € (unless otherwise agreed, in the event of a positive outcome of the selection process, specific levels of experience and autonomy and/or particular competencies emerge during the selection process, based on objective criteria)
