The VIP, VIC, and Special Projects Product Developer will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of products and projects tailored to our VIP and most valued clients. This role involves close collaboration with various departments, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality

standards.

How you will contribute?

• Lead the end-to-end development of the assigned category: VIP, VIC, MTO and Special Projects within the RTW Product Development department.  
• Follow up with every attributed styles, coding all models, compilation of the bill of materials and transfer of information to suppliers.
• Participate at the brief received from the Marketing or Retail Excellence department.
• Participate at handover of sketches from Design to Atelier or external suppliers.
• Organize all the fittings with the internal Atelier and abroad directly with the clients.
• Be responsible that all the fittings notes are promptly and precisely shared with Design and Atelier.
• Follow-up of data concerning the development of the prototype and bill of materials.
• Ensure that prototypes are delivered in time, following our company quality standards.
• Ensure the correct timing in all the process.
• Manage prototyping and sampling processes until delivery to our client.
• Update of PLM system (data entry, amendments, updates etc.) .

Who you are?

• At least 5 years of experience of product development within the Luxury Fashion industry.
• Excellent knowledge of Office package, in particular Excel / Access, Stealth and PLM information systems.
• Agile mindset, Excellent problem-solving and team working skills
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Effective relationship management with design and merchandising teams.
• Passionate about product design and development.
• Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Indicating starting salary: 48.000 € - eligibility to a variable annual bonus linked to the achievement of individual and company objectives, in line with current company policies;
