    GUCCI Corporate Receptionist

    The Corporate Receptionist will be part of the Gucci Corporate Facilities team and will support the Facilities and Security teams in performing various activities: such as welcoming and registering guests, managing incoming calls, supporting with general logistic and other courtesy services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    •          Reception of incoming personnel and registration of any external guests / suppliers.

    •          Receiving, managing and sorting incoming calls.

    •          General logistic staff information (numbers in the phone book, location of the rooms and offices within the structure, preparation of meeting rooms).

    •          Taxi booking or other courtesy services on request of the staff.

    •          Car sharing managing requests.

    Key Requirements:

    •          High school diploma.

    •          Fluent English, spoken and written. Other languages as a plus.

    •          Availability to work on shifts and during the Weekends.

    •          Preferential previous experience in the role and in similar contexts

    •          Demonstrates a considerate, respectful, and empathetic approach when interacting with colleagues, visitors, and external partners.

    •          Communicates clearly and effectively, maintaining professional and friendly interactions with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

    •          Builds strong, trustbased relationships through proactive engagement and a positive, serviceoriented attitude.

    •          Identifies and addresses potential issues early, taking initiative to remove obstacles and ensure smooth daytoday operations.

    Working Schedule: Part-time, Monday to Friday, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

    Salary Package           

    • Gross Annual Salary:  €26,000 (full-time equivalent). The position is offered at 75% of full-time hours (unless otherwise agreed, in the event of a positive outcome of the selection process, should specific levels of experience and autonomy and/or particular competencies emerge during the selection process, based on objective criteria).  

    • NCBA (National Collective Bargaining Agreement): CCNL Industria Pelli e Succedanei (unique alphanumeric code: D111)
