Role Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Men's RTW Celebrities Product Developer to join our RTW Product Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end development of Men's RTW Celebrities, from design handover to final sample approval and delivery.
• Oversee the development of externally manufactured products (buy) ensuring alignment with creative requirements, technical specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Design, Pattern Making, external suppliers, the internal Atelier throughout the development process.
• Oversee prototype development, fittings and garment adjustments, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with creative expectations.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers, monitoring product development progress, technical execution and delivery timelines.
• Manage urgent requests, last-minute modifications and unexpected challenges, effectively prioritizing activities and identifying solutions while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively balancing competing priorities and ensuring timely delivery.
• Ensure effective cross-functional communication and alignment among all stakeholders involved in Celebrities projects.

Who You Are

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Men's RTW Product Development within the luxury fashion industry.
• Proven experience in the development of externally manufactured products (buy), particularly in Tailoring and Outerwear.
• Experience across multiple Men's RTW product categories is considered a plus.
• Previous experience in Men's RTW Celebrities Product Development is highly preferred.
• Strong technical expertise in garment construction, luxury fabrics, fitting and artisanal techniques.
• Proven ability to manage urgent requests, unexpected challenges and tight deadlines, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, autonomy, flexibility and ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required; knowledge of French is considered a plus.

Employment Details

• Contract Type: Permanent Employment Contract
• Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL): Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Leather Industry (CCNL per gli addetti manifatturiere delle pelli e succedanei e ombrelli e ombrelloni)
• Classification: Level 6
• Starting Salary: Annual Gross Salary (RAL) from €40,000, with the final compensation package defined according to the candidate's experience and qualifications.
