    We are currently seeking for a CITES & EXPORT CERTIFICATES TEAM Intern to support our Cites operations, who will report to the Cites Manager. This is a 6-month internship position based in Trecate.

    Your opportunity

    You will have the opportunity to join the Cites team within the Customs team which aims to ensure compliance with customs standards for issuing documents. Following corporate agenda and targets of compliant, the role offers the opportunity to interact with all brands and teams across the Group. The team has challenging targets such as improving flows that are currently not covered finding innovative solutions for our day-to-day operation.

    Moreover, this role will have a big impact is understanding Cites matters.

    How you will contribute

    • You will work collaboratively with team members, actively participate in discussions, decisions and all the project activities:
    • Cites re-export issuance
    • Cites import issuance
    • Yellow velina Cites archiving
    • Cites EU managing
    • Support with data capturing tools and reporting
    • Participate in events and network to ensure we are up to date
    • Get to know internally our operations and different flows to offer tailor-made solutions to our brands
    • Keep current and informed about latest legislations impacting our operating countries

    Who you are

    • A graduate or soon to be graduate in Economics, Business Management, Engineering or related areas
    • Studies and/or project work in Customs and Logistics
    • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
    • Fluent in English and Italian
    • Organized and detail focused individual
    • Proactive, problem-solver, with analytical mindset
    • Teamwork oriented and able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
