    We are currently seeking a Brand Specialist who will report to Brand Manager as part of our dynamic Brand Management team in Milan.

    How you will contribute

    • Actively support the direct manager in developing annual marketing plans for the brand, achieving brand objectives, ensuring alignment with strategy, defining strategic activities and brand events - including activity plans to be implemented in Regions
    • Actively collaborate in the preparation of annual communication plans for the brand, in close collaboration with the PR&Comm team and related Brand
    • Actively support the preparation of product briefings, collecting and summarizing data on market needs, n° of models, key features, prices as per guidelines received from brand managers and local marketing team
    • Actively collaborate with direct manager and Product Team in the various stages of product development, following the briefing discussion, for the brand of expertise (creative alignment, pre-selection, final collection editing, pricing, ranking)
    • Actively support the direct manager and Product Design Team in researching and proposing new ideas in terms of materials, technologies, product functionality, through market analysis
    • Prepare presentations and documents for the sales force/customers and other Teams with which Brand Management interfaces
    • Collaborate with direct manager on preparation and presentation of market analysis for the brand, as well as other ad hoc analyses
    • Collaborate with direct manager in organizing and planning marketing activities in the area of reference

    Who you are

    • Brand Management Experience 1/2 years  
    • Degree in Marketing and/or General Management preferred
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office package
    • Fluent English (written and spoken)
    • Good project management
    • Team work, attention to detail, passion and motivation
    • Ability to work within fast growing environments
