KERING EYEWEAR Senior HR Business Partner

How you will contribute

• Drive people management strategies across assigned business areas, partnering with leaders to enhance organizational performance, employee engagement, and business growth.
• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities, ensuring the timely attraction, assessment, and hiring of talent aligned with workforce and business needs.
• Manage HR budgeting, headcount planning, workforce analytics, and reporting activities to support data-driven business decisions.
• Manage employee relations matters, providing guidance on compliance and labor regulations
• Partner with Compensation & Benefits teams to implement reward strategies, salary reviews, incentive programs, and benefits policies.
• Partner with Talent & Learning teams to implement talent and performance management processes, including succession planning, career development and learning initiatives.
• Ensure the effective delivery of HR operations and administrative processes in collaboration with HR Shared Services and support functions.
• Lead and execute cross-functional HR projects that support business transformation, organizational development, and strategic HR priorities. 

Who you are

• 7 years of working experience
• Previous experience in HR business partnering role, preferably in multi-countries context
• Ability to work within fast growing environment
• Entrepreneurship and exceptional teamwork
• Analytical skills
• Fluent in Italian and English (Written & Spoken)
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Workday proficiency is a plus
