    Your opportunity

    We are seeking an experienced and motivated Organization Development Analyst to join our HR team on a fixed-term basis to cover a maternity leave. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to organizational development and HR data initiatives within a dynamic international environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in organization design, position management, HR master data management, and HR security processes, partnering closely with HR, HRIS, and business stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and data integrity.

    How you will contribute

    Act as the subject matter expert for Position Management and Organizational Structure Management, partnering closely with HRIS to ensure the effective design, governance, and execution of organizational processes that enhance operational efficiency.

    Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of organizational development initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders across the global HR function.

    Serve as Project Manager for HR Master Data Management initiatives, ensuring effective planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and delivery.

    Partner with HR Domain Owners to define, maintain, and promote data governance standards, guidelines, and processes across the HR function.

    Drive the adoption of HR data management best practices, ensuring data is created, maintained, and consumed from authorized and trusted sources.

    Monitor and improve HR data quality by identifying, analyzing, and resolving data issues; escalate critical matters to the Group Head of HR Organization, People Data & Analytics and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.

    Act as the subject matter expert for HR Security, ensuring the consistent application of HR security policies, procedures, and access management practices.

    Support the review and governance of HR access rights, ensuring compliance with internal controls, data privacy requirements, and security standards.

    Develop and maintain training materials, documentation, and user guidance related to HR data governance, organizational management, and HR security processes.

    Produce analyses and reports on organizational structures, workforce data, and position management to support informed decision-making.

    Who you are

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. 

    Previous experience in Organization Development, Organization Design, HR Operations, HRIS, or People Analytics.

    Strong understanding of organizational structures, position management, and HR processes.

    Experience working with HR systems and data governance frameworks.

    Excellent data analysis, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

    Strong digital mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other HR/analytics tools.

    Ability to manage projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functions and levels of the organization.

    High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.

    Fluent written and spoken English.
