    We are currently seeking a Trade Compliance Requirements and Certifications Intern to support our Trade Compliance Team, who will report to the Trade Compliance Requirements and Certifications Coordinator. The position will be based in Trecate.

    Your opportunity

    You will join the Trade Compliance team within the Supply Chain & Logistics function, supporting activities related to regulatory requirements and certifications for international markets.

    The role offers the opportunity to interact with multiple brands, central and regional teams, ensuring that products meet import requirements and applicable regulations.

    How you will contribute

    You will work collaboratively with team members, actively participating in discussions and project activities:

    • Support the collection, validation, and global maintenance of trade compliance requirements and product-related local certifications
    • Assist in monitoring and deep dive regulatory updates impacting trade compliance
    • Support coordination with internal stakeholders (brands, logistics, sourcing) and external partners when needed
    • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and meetings to ensure alignment between operations and regulatory requirements
    • Maintain an accurate, structured and up-to-date repository of certifications and supporting documents

    Who you are

    • A graduate or soon-to-be graduate in Law, Economics, Business Management, Engineering or related fields
    • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (AS400 and SAP is a plus)
    • Fluent in English; Italian required
    • Interest in international trade, customs, and compliance regulations
    • Organized and detail-oriented
    • Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude
    • Team-oriented with strong communication skills
    • Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
