We are currently seeking an In-store specialist for the NYC metro area, who will report to the Retail Excellence Manager East, as part of our fabulous Training and Retail Excellence Team.
Your opportunity
As In-Store Specialist and expert of your region, you will be responsible for acting as the liaison between the corporate teams and store management teams to maximize sales at the door level for Key accounts, Optical stores and Department Store accounts. You will be responsible for driving sales, training, and meeting sales goals in the specified territory for all brands in the Kering Eyewear portfolio.
How you will contribute
Execute local merchandising activities and training on assigned client portfolio
Ensure maximum visibility in terms of permanent and seasonal activities as well as POP placement and product merchandising
Support the Trade Marketing team in defining pos material need, allocation and consumption
Secure the optimal Trade Marketing in-store execution in the assigned territory/region/district
Coordinate with agencies for window and in-store setups
Manage sellout contests, trade incentives and consumer incentives
Follow-up on sellout results in assigned stores
Map competitors
Activities reports, collections feedbacks and KPIs follow up
Who you are
1 year of retail sales experience; luxury and/or eyewear experience is a plus
Understanding of luxury fashion category
Exceptional communication skills, follow through and precise attention to specifics – retail is detail
Collaborative, solution-oriented, and proactive
Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Schedule
40 hours / 5 days per week, Tuesday-Saturday
Travel in NYC Metro Area and surrounding territories. Own car needed.

Pay Range for this role: $60,000 - $80,000.00 salary per year, including annual discretional bonus.
Salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to: job level, market location, internal equity, job-related skill set and know-how, experience, and/or individual performance.
