    We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts for our retail and corporate population. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent that aligns with the company's values and objectives. 

    How you will contribute:

    • Be a brand ambassador, curating a seamless candidate experience for all

    • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates across various channels (online platforms, social media, professional networks, etc.).

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that resonate with our culture and requirements.

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

    • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future openings.

    • Evaluate and improve recruiting methods and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality of hires.

    • Conduct regular market analysis and stay updated on industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting top talent.

    • Partner with HRBP's and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

    Who you are:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).

    • 5+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition/recruitment

    • Strong understanding of various sourcing and recruiting techniques, including social media recruitment and employer branding strategies.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

    • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (via Linkedin, Eightfold) and other recruitment software/tools.

    • Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

    Salary Range- New York:

    • Salary range of $115,000-125,000 (plus discretionary bonus).
