Your opportunity
You will be responsible for providing high quality support services related to the applications used across Kering’s luxury brands. You will collaborate to manage and support the delivery of global ERP implementation at Kering, in close partnership with Business Process Owners, Change Management and IT Solution Integration teams.
How you will contribute
- In collaboration with the SAP Logistics Lead you will define project prioritization and full adherence with Roadmap and Strategy
- Define the functional specifications documents, perform unit test, and support business users during the UAT
- Ensure Technical, functional and security requirements are adherent to the Kering defined standards
- Collaborate with other IT departments to ensure the technical solutions will meet business functional requirements
- Support and coordinate the hyper care project phase to stabilize the solution after the go live
- Act as primary escalation point for Prio1 incidents impacting business continuity or quality of services
- Evaluate data and existing system configurations to provide essential information for future improvements
Who you are
- A professional with at least 5+ years of experience in SAP ERP (preferably FMS, Retail)
- Experience in full lifecycle implementations of ERP with focus on SAP-WMS integration
- Knowledgeable about SAP SD – MM/LE
- Knowledgeable about fashion/retail fields
- Able to coordinate with external suppliers
- An effective communicator with good oral and written communication skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Willing to travel during international project business trip
- A graduate in computer science or management information systems (preferably)
- Ability to debug and rectify functionality-related system faults is a plus
- S4 Hana implementation experience is a plus
