It is with deep regret and sadness that François-Henri Pinault has learned of the death of Luigi Macaluso, Chairman and President of the SOWIND GROUP (Girard-Perregaux and JEANRICHARD).
Luigi Macaluso was a symbolic figure in the traditional watch making world. His entrepreneurial values, as well as his expertise and passion for watch mechanics made Girard-Perregaux one of the key actors in Haute Horlogerie.
François-Henri Pinault would like to salute the man and friend for which he had so much respect and admiration, and offers his sincerest condolences to his family, friends and those who worked with him.
