We are looking for a highly analytical and luxury-savvy Digital Merchandising Manager to join our Digital team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the seasonal and always-on merchandising strategy across our global e-commerce, marketplace and e-concessions platforms, ensuring a seamless connection between product offering, digital storytelling, and business priorities.
How you will contribute:
- Seasonal Buying Coordination: Lead the seasonal buying process for Brand Website, Marketplaces, and E-Retail. Define assortment guidelines in collaboration with regions and central merchandising.
- Carryover & Replenishment Management: Monitor the performance of best-sellers and ensure constant availability across all channels.
- Assortment Exposure Strategy: Define the online product visibility logic in collaboration with Digital Content, based on commercial priorities, stock availability, and performance KPIs.
- Product Performance Analysis: Track and optimize the product lifecycle through weekly and seasonal reports, identifying opportunities and actions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide strategic product input to CRM, Marketing and Media teams to define push strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Special Projects: Support and lead digital merchandising inputs for strategic product launches and pilot programs.
- Support innovation in product discoverability, navigation, and onsite storytelling.
Who You Are
- 4+ years of experience in Digital Merchandising, Buying or Commercial roles (ideally in Fashion/Luxury).
- Passion for product, digital execution and commercial performance excellence.
- Strong analytical skills and full confidence in using web KPIs, sales data, and stock metrics.
- Proven ability to manage complex assortments and multiple digital touchpoints.
- Cross-functional mindset and ability to translate product insight into business action.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and experience with merchandising platforms.
- Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
