Your opportunity

You have the opportunity to join the Pomellato & Dodo Sales Excellency and Clienteling team supporting the development and implementation of the global clienteling strategy and guidelines for Dodo, in order to promote and share a client centric mindset within the whole network.

How you will contribute

  • Create Clienteling contents and tools (both for online & offline channels) working closely with the Brand team

  • Identify and develop specific actions/contents for all Clients’ segments

  • Collaborate with the Brand team to define the gifting strategy to support client engagement and events, leveraging on the regional clienteling coordinator’s feedback and input

  • Brief Regional Team, Clienteling Coordinator and Sales Marketing Team in order for them to implement specific animations, gifting & treatments

  • Challenge Local CRM Coordinator in order to monitor and improve ROI Clienteling results and business/clients KPIs 

  • Liaise with the regional CRM Coordinator in order to ensure proper understanding and constant execution of all Clienteling activities in the stores, collecting needs and sharing best practices

  • Plan the implementation of special projects linked to important festivities, KCP, local celebrations and product launches

  • Propose new partnerships to find new prospects and enriching the existing client database

  • Ensure the growth and the quality of the customer database


 

Who you are

  • Degree in Marketing or Economics 

  • Experience of 3 years in a similar role, preferably in a Luxury Company

  • Customer driven orientation

  • Positive and proactive attitude

  • Detail oriented, good project and time management skills

  • Fluent in English and Italian
