Role Purpose

We are looking for an experienced RTW Celebrities Product Developer to join our RTW Product Development team.

The successful candidate will oversee the development of exclusive garments for Celebrities, working closely with Design, the internal Atelier and external suppliers to bring creative concepts to life while ensuring exceptional craftsmanship, quality standards and timely delivery.

The role requires strong technical expertise, flexibility and the ability to effectively manage urgent requests, last-minute changes and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The role is based in Milan and requires availability for national and international business travel, as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end development of Celebrities garments, from design handover to final sample approval and delivery.
• Coordinate with Design, Pattern Making, the internal Atelier, external suppliers and specialized artisans throughout the development process.
• Oversee prototype development, fittings and garment adjustments, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with creative expectations.
• Manage urgent requests, last-minute modifications and unexpected challenges, effectively prioritizing activities and identifying solutions while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively balancing competing priorities and ensuring timely delivery.
• Ensure effective cross-functional communication and alignment among all stakeholders involved in Celebrities projects.

Who You Are

• Minimum 5 years of experience in RTW Celebrities Product Development within the luxury fashion industry.
• Strong technical expertise in garment construction, luxury fabrics, fitting and artisanal techniques.
• Proven ability to manage urgent requests, unexpected challenges and tight deadlines, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, autonomy, flexibility and ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Employment Details

• Contract Type: Permanent Employment Contract
• Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL): Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Leather Industry (CCNL per gli addetti manifatturiere delle pelli e succedanei e ombrelli e ombrelloni)
• Classification: Level 5/6
• Starting Salary: Annual Gross Salary (RAL) from €34,000, with the final compensation package defined according to the candidate's experience and qualifications.
