    Key Accountabilities

    • Preparation of meal ingredients;

    • Accurately measuring meal ingredients;

    • Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality;

    • Taking inventory of the restaurant's supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or exhausted stocks

    • Discarding all expired and spoiled food stored in warehouses, refrigerators, and freezers

    • Carrying out basic cleaning activities and ensuring that workstations are properly sanitized

    • Plating and presenting meals according to the instructions
