    GUCCI Consolidation Senior Specialist - Maternity Cover

Reporting to the Head of Consolidation, the Senior Consolidation Specialist supports the Consolidation Department in preparing the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements of the Brand and related reporting for Gucci and Kering top management. The role ensures the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of consolidated financial information, supporting the application of IFRS and Group accounting policies, while partnering with regional and corporate Finance teams on consolidation, reporting, and financial analysis activities.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Coordinate and oversee the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting package submissions.
    • Manage complex intercompany reconciliation activities, investigating and resolving discrepancies with regional and corporate counterparts.
    • Review and perform consolidation and IFRS adjustments, ensuring compliance with Group accounting policies and applicable accounting standards.
    • Monitor actual financial performance and analyze variances versus budget and forecast across P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
    • Prepare consolidated reporting packages and provide financial analysis and commentary for senior management and shareholders.
    • Support the application of IFRS 16 and other accounting standards through dedicated systems and reporting tools.
    • Review tax reporting, ensuring compliance with Group Tax requirements and applicable accounting standards.
    • Coordinate information flows with regional Finance teams and support local stakeholders on consolidation, accounting and reporting matters.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of consolidation processes, reporting tools and financial controls.
    • Partner with Corporate Finance teams, internal stakeholders and auditors to ensure quality and consistency of financial reporting.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
    • 4-6 years of experience in financial consolidation, financial reporting, audit or finance controlling within multinational environments.
    • Strong knowledge of IFRS and Group consolidation principles.
    • Proven experience managing complex intercompany reconciliations and consolidation adjustments.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and consolidation/reporting systems.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) will be considered a plus  

    Salary Package

    • Gross Annual Salary: 38.000 € (unless otherwise agreed, in the event of a positive outcome of the selection process, should specific levels of experience and autonomy and/or particular competencies emerge during the selection process, based on objective criteria).
    • NCBA (National Collective Bargaining Agreement): CCNL per gli addetti alle industrie manifatturiere delle pelli e succedanei e ombrelli e ombrelloni (unique alphanumeric code: D111)
    • Bonuses and Commissions: Annual Target Bonus as per the company-level collective agreement in force, up to 20% of the Gross Annual Salary.
