    GUCCI Creative Office Assistant

Reporting to the Design Office Assistance Coordinator, the Creative Office Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of Gucci’s Creative Department. The role ensures effective coordination across Design teams and key internal and external stakeholders, enabling a well-organized, responsive and efficient working environment where creative activities can run smoothly. The role combines travel and research logistics, casting and fitting support, office operations, administrative coordination and cross-functional follow-up, with a strong focus on service, accuracy and timely execution.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Coordinate travel, logistics and research activities for the Design Office, partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of creative projects and events.
    • Support the management of vintage and research items, including sourcing, transportation, documentation and delivery for creative activities, fittings and meetings.
    • Coordinate model-related activities, including bookings, travel arrangements, agency communications and logistical support for fittings and creative sessions.
    • Support the preparation and coordination of meetings, fittings and backstage activities, ensuring all materials, equipment and resources are available when needed.
    • Manage day-to-day Creative Office operations, including meeting room allocation, office supplies, service requests and operational follow-up.
    • Provide administrative support across travel, expenses, invoicing, budget tracking, supplier management and other business-related processes.
    • Support onboarding activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient coordination and communication across the Creative Office ecosystem.
    • Build effective partnerships with Design, Collection Coordination, Collection Planning, HR, Finance, IT, Communication, Legal and external suppliers to ensure timely execution of activities and projects.

    Requirements

    • Previous experience as a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator or in a comparable operational support role, ideally within a creative, fashion or luxury environment. 
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment. 
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across different functions and with external partners. 
    • Proactive and solution-driven approach, combined with strong follow-through. 
    • High attention to detail, discretion and respect for confidentiality. 
    • Comfort with administrative processes, including travel, expenses, invoicing and supplier coordination. 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with corporate travel, attendance and invoice approval tools is an advantage. 
    • Fluent English and Italian. 

    Salary Package

    • Gross Annual Salary: 32.000 € (unless otherwise agreed, in the event of a positive outcome of the selection process, should specific levels of experience and autonomy and/or particular competencies emerge during the selection process, based on objective criteria).
    • NCBA (National Collective Bargaining Agreement): National Contract per gli Addetti alle Industrie Manifatturiere delle Pelli e Succedanei e Ombrelli e Ombrelloni (unique alphanumeric code: D111)
    • Bonuses and Commissions: Annual Target Bonus as per the company-level collective agreement in force, up to 20% of the Gross Annual Salary.
