    The Group Industrial Organization is responsible for enabling transparency across Brands, supporting industrial and supplier mutualization, and enabling data-driven decision-making across Categories. Kering Industrial Organization is currently seeking a Category Platform Data Analyst, who will report to the Head of Strategic Operations.

    Your opportunity

    As a Category Platform Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Category Platforms (Leather Goods, RTW, Shoes, Tannery, Metal Hardware) by providing reliable data, robust analyses, and clear performance insights.

    You will work closely with Platform leadership, the Platform PMO, the Direct Procurement lead/ the Mutualized Production Assets lead, acting as a data and analytics backbone for platform‑level discussions on volume allocation, capacity, and supplier performance.
    The role is analytical and support‑focused, with no direct ownership of procurement strategy or PMO execution.

    How you will contribute

    Collect, consolidate, and maintain Brands’ data inputs, including volume requirements, allocation proposals, reallocations, and capacity information

    Ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency of platform data across Brands and Categories, acting as a reference point for data reliability

    Analyze volume allocation and capacity utilization across internal assets, joint ventures, and suppliers, highlighting risks, bottlenecks, and deviations

    Report internal assets’ capacity deviations from agreed allocation plans to the Mutualized Production Assets Lead

    Provide analytical views and scenario simulations to support platform‑level discussions and decision‑making

    Analyze supplier performance data across key operational KPIs, supporting preferred supplier monitoring and performance tracking over time

    Develop, maintain, and improve platform dashboards and KPI reporting, primarily using Power BI and Excel

    Prepare clear, executive‑ready analyses and presentations supporting Platform governance and alignment discussions

    Support the Platform PMO and Direct Procurement lead/ Mutualized Production Asset lead by supplying structured data, analyses, and insights, without ownership of decisions or execution

    Contribute to ongoing standardization of indicators, reporting logic, and data models across Platforms and Brands

    Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing data quality, transparency, and analytical effectiveness

    Who you are

    Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to structure, analyze, and synthesize complex operational and supply data

    Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; able to build and maintain robust dashboards and reports

    Comfortable working with recurring data cycles (monthly allocation, capacity monitoring, supplier performance tracking)

    Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Operations, Statistics, or related quantitative disciplines

    Former experience in data analysis, operations analytics, supply chain, consulting, or similar analytical environments

    Ability to translate data into clear, business‑oriented insights to support senior stakeholders

    Detail‑oriented, structured, and reliable, with a strong sense of data discipline

    Proactive and collaborative, comfortable operating in a multi‑brand, matrix organization

    Curious and eager to learn within a complex and evolving operational model

    Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus

    What we offer 

    CCNL Applied: National Collective Labour Agreement per gli Addetti alle Industrie Manifatturiere delle Pelli e Succedanei e Ombrelli e Ombrelloni 

    Indicative starting compensation: 30 000€ gross yearly; annual bonus opportunity according to company internal agreement
