Your opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated IT Analyst to join our team, diving into a fast-paced, international environment. You will be the bridge between complex business needs and technical execution.
How you will contribute
Analyze and understand business requirements to define the best IT solutions, ensuring they support business processes;
Effectively manage SAP FMS MM module, respecting customizing and development rules, with a specific focus on the Procure-to-Pay flow, particularly regarding Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO);
Actively participate in IT Supply Chain and Logistics projects, supporting the internal team in all phases of SAP solution implementation;
Carry out and lead Unit Tests and User Acceptance Tests (UAT) in collaboration with Key Users and business partners;
Act as the first point of contact for internal queries, creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications;
Facilitate design sessions with partners to define the most efficient solutions to implement;
Support project management responsibilities, including monitoring timings and technical goals;
Coordinate with external consultants to ensure project alignment and delivery;
Create internal and user documentation;
Act as the primary reference for AMS (Application Maintenance Services);
Report to the IT Senior Project Manager to follow up on projects and propose new system-based or process solutions to improve overall efficiency and user satisfaction.
Who you are
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical field.
4-5 years of experience in similar roles
Solid knowledge of SAP MM, with a specific focus on the Procure-to-Pay flow
Technical mindset
Result-oriented and driven by curiosity
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Teamwork attitude and collaborative spirit
