    We are currently looking for a passionate and motivated intern to join our HR Shared Services team based in Scandicci (FI).


    This is a full-time 6-month curricular internship, starting in November.

     


    Your opportunity


    As a member of Kering's HR Shared Services department, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects.

    Your main responsibilities will focus on process improvement initiatives, data analysis, and other activities related to the HR field.

     


    How you will contribute


    • Support the management of various activities related to employee expense reports.
    • Develop processes to monitor and analyze potential discrepancies and anomalies.
    • Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Verify the accuracy and consistency of HR information across internal systems and platforms.
    • Support the team in other HR Administration activities as needed.

     


    Who you are


    • You are currently a student or recent graduate in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • You have a good knowledge of Italian (both written and spoken) and English.
    • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
    • You are detail-oriented, accurate, and possess a strong analytical mindset.
    • You are proactive, eager to learn, and enjoy working in a team environment.
