KERING POS AMS Expert

We are currently seeking a POS AMS Expert who will report to POS AMS Global Manager and will be accountable for planning and management related activities. If you are passionate, curious, and collaborative, come and join our Milan team.

Your opportunity 

You will have the amazing opportunity be part of Global AMS team in charge of the POS application maintenance for all the stores included in the scope having a worldwide exposure.

How you will contribute 

• Be the point of contact for internal and external stakeholder:

- cooperating with POS product, solution design and regional teams

- coordinating resources (vendor and consulting companies)

- manage relationship with brands, providing visibility on ongoing requests/issues in the scope of Application Maintenance activities

- collaborating with end-user support teams and other Kering Tech teams

• Support the POS AMS Global Manager reporting the status of activities or key issues, proposing improvements or mitigation actions
• Be responsible of the Application Monitoring management, leading future evolutions
• Contribute to the update and definition of POS Knowledge articles
• Coordinate the Problem management activities and ceremonies
  

Who you are

• An individual with at least 5 years experienced in service management
• Experienced on POS application (Xstore preferable)

• A good team player with strong relational and communication skills
• Strong Listening, critical thinking, and probing skills
• A collaborative individual, rigorous, autonomous, organized, committed and transparent
• MS Office Suite proficient
• Knowledgeable about MS SQL, Service Now, Jira as a plus
• Fluent in English, high level of Italian, French as a plus

What we offer ?

Indicative starting compensation: 32 500€ gross yearly

Annual bonus opportunity according to company internal agreement
