    Your Opportunity


    We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join the Corporate Security team. The intern will provide operational, administrative and analytical support to the team, contributing to ongoing security projects, audit activities, data quality initiatives and documentation updates. This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to corporate security processes within an international environment while working under the guidance of experienced professionals.

    How you will contribute

    • Review the completeness and consistency of security checklists and control tools (e.g., B2B EMEA Road, Event Security and Corporate Security) and support the team in identifying missing information or discrepancies.
    • Provide administrative support for audit planning activities, including monitoring timelines, collecting and sharing documentation, and helping ensure compliance with agreed deadlines
    • Review audit checklists and assist with the upload and organization of historical checklists within the Audit App
    • Support data analysis and data quality activities by helping maintain, consolidate and validate information related to incidents, Arthur files and stock related projects
    • Assist with the update and maintenance of logistics flow mapping documentation
    • Support the preparation and update of presentations, reports and project documentation used by the Security team

    Who you are?

    • Bachelor's degree completed or currently in progress in Security Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics or a related field
    • Strong interest in corporate security, risk management, compliance or audit-related activities
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
    • Comfortable working with data and documentation in a structured and accurate manner
    • Fluent in English. Any additional languages are a plus
    • Strong organization and time management
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Analytical and detailed-oriented mindset
    • High level of confidentiality and integrity
