As Team Manager, you will lead, inspire, and empower your team to deliver an exceptional luxury client experience while fostering a culture of excellence within the store.
Spending the majority of your time on the sales floor, you will lead by example, execute the business strategy, and provide real-time coaching and feedback to drive both commercial performance and product category objectives.
You will play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent by actively contributing to recruitment, employee engagement, and professional growth initiatives. In addition, you will act as a true Kering Multibrand Outlet ambassador consistently embodying and promoting the House's values, culture, and vision
How you will contribute
Client Experience
Lead and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional client experience, ensuring every Client Advisor embodies a hospitality-driven and elevated service mindset.
Capture and leverage meaningful client insights to build long-term relationships and support personalized client development opportunities.
Effectively utilize clienteling tools to strengthen client loyalty, retention, and acquisition.
Lead clienteling activities with your team and develop actions plans accordingly to reach clear goals and KPIs.
Monitor Client Advisor performance and implement daily, weekly, and monthly plans to continuously enhance clienteling excellence.
Lead and support company-driven local events and product launches, ensuring client attendance and sales results are met.
Lead by example on the sales floor, consistently demonstrating and promoting the Kering Multibrand outlet selling ceremony.
Oversee client flow on the sales floor to ensure every client receives a seamless and exceptional service experience.
Proactively address and resolve client concerns, with a focus on strengthening client satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term relationships.
Serve as a brand ambassador by consistently reflecting the Kering Multibrand outlet image through professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, local market dynamics, and emerging trends to identify business opportunities and drive performance.
Leading People
Lead by example on the sales floor, maintaining a strong presence with the team, providing ongoing coaching and support, and ensuring a consistently exceptional client experience.
Deliver regular coaching and constructive feedback to Client Advisors to support their professional development, engagement, and performance, leveraging behavioral observations.
Drive the annual Performance and Development Conversation process for direct reports, ensuring meaningful discussions and inspiring career development opportunities.
Conduct regular performance reviews to assess results, identify areas for improvement, and implement targeted action plans.
Lead engaging morning briefings using different facilitation techniques, as and when required, delivering key business communication and daily objectives.
Foster a cross-category and cross-brand selling mindset, ensuring team members are confident in promoting and selling products across all categories, all brands and store areas.
Support talent acquisition efforts by identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent through competency-based interviews and proactive talent mapping within the competitive landscape.
Ensure effective, holistic, and timely onboarding for new joiners of your team.
Manage and resolve employee-relations matters in partnership with the Store Managers and People Partners.
Monitor your team’s adherence to company policies and procedures; following up when needed.
Sales Performance
Monitor the performance of the assigned categories and all store KPIs and proactively propose action plans to reach the targets.
Maximize presence on the sales floor to coach, motivate, and support the team, leading by example through effective selling behaviors and best practices.
Consistently analyze store results (KPIs, people KPIs, Sales, Settled targets etc.) and partner with the Store Manager to provide adequate recommendations and improvement actionable plans.
Partner with the Store Managers and the Merchandising team, by providing effective feedback on products, stock situation, and specific category requests to grow the business.
Collaborate with the Store Manager and Training team to ensure Client Advisors continuously develop product expertise while maintaining strong awareness of market trends and competitor activities.
Leverage digital tools and omnichannel platforms to support both in-store and online sales opportunities.
Oversee and support the tracking and execution of special orders, ensuring effective communication and coordination with the Merchandising team.
Running the House
Collaborate with Operations, Human Resources, Loss Prevention, and other cross-functional departments while adhering to and enforcing all company policies and procedures.
Plan and liaise with the Store Managers to accurately schedule FTE according to individual capabilities of team members and traffic flow to ensure appropriate coverage.
Effectively allocate tasks/activities based on people's abilities and delegate effectively.
Support and maintain visual merchandising standards set by the WW headquarters.
Maintain full organization of company assets in the back of house and front of house per the company’s stock guidelines.
Support and execute product handling, transactions, payment processes, and general store administration.
Support opening and closing of the store as Manager on Duty providing leadership and guidance to all Client Advisors on shift.Optimize stock/inventory management ensuring monitoring and reporting of any risks.
Ensure with the Store Managers optimal and consistent adherence to all key health, safety, and security aspects.
Who you are
4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and influence a team.
Proven ability to drive positive client experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
Passion for the fashion industry.
Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
