    About the Role

We are seeking a detail focused, ambitious Visual Designer to join McQueen. Reporting directly to the Image Director, this solo role will be pivotal in ensuring consistency and excellence across every brand touchpoint — from in-store signage, still and moving image crops, through to show invitation print management.

This position is ideal for a designer who thrives in a dynamic environment, has a keen eye for detail, knowledge of luxury processes, who is eager to learn, stretch and contribute across cross functional teams and wide breadth of outputs. With exposure to both in-house and agency collaboration, the role offers the space to grow with the brand.

    How will you contribute?

    • Deliver high-quality graphic design outputs across multiple platforms and touchpoints, ensuring alignment with the McQueen brand image.
    • Retouch, crop, and adapt creative assets for use across digital, print, in-store, and campaign materials.
    • Oversee, brief, and quality-check external agency outputs.
    • Ensure creative consistency and attention to detail across all channels and every touchpoint.
    • Support the development of campaign visuals and assets with a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset.
    • Working alongside the creative teams and external agencies to act as a brand guardian, ensuring visual standards are upheld while embracing new creative directions.
    • Manage multiple cross functional projects simultaneously, balancing speed with quality.
    • Coordinate with print shops, packaging vendors, and manufacturers to review physical proofs, select paper stocks/finishes, ensure colour accuracy and high standards are met.

    Required Skills:

    • You will be able to demonstrate the desired McQueen behaviours.
    • A detail focused designer with previous experience in a fast-paced design role (luxury, fashion, or creative agency background preferred).
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; motion or 3D skills a plus).
    • Exceptional eye for detail, layout, and typography.
    • Comfortable working independently, yet highly collaborative when projects require agency or cross-team input.
    • Agile and adaptable — able to pivot quickly, roll up sleeves, and deliver under tight deadlines.
    • A natural problem-solver with strong visual storytelling skills.

Please Note: This job description is not exhaustive and may evolve as the needs of the organisation change.
