    ABOUT SAINT LAURENT Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to introduce the concept of luxury prêt-à-porter in a 1966 collection called ‘Rive Gauche’, synonymous with youth and freedom. This shift represented a first critical step in the modernization of fashion and revolutionized the socio-cultural landscape. In 1999, the luxury goods division of the Kering Group acquired Yves Saint Laurent and, under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, continues to position the house at the summit of the luxury universe. Today, Saint Laurent collections include women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties and eyewear.

    PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
    We are currently seeking a Full-Time Runner on a Fixed-Term Contract to join our team in Hamburg during the busy holiday season.

    As a Runner, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the boutique during this particularly busy period, supporting the sales team, maintaining the highest visual standards, and ensuring an exceptional experience for every client


    MISSIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure that products are properly displayed and arranged on the sales floor, including returning items tried on by customers to their correct places
    • Check the daily availability of products on the sales floor (sizes and colours) and carry out the necessary replenishment from off-site stock
    • Transfer products between the stockroom and the sales floor
    • Offer refreshments to customers at the request of Sales Associates
    • Clear away customers' drinks and refreshments
    • Prepare and maintain the necessary facilities in the back office to ensure smooth service (clean tableware, availability of drinks, etc.), helping to provide customers with an excellent welcome and experience

    • At ease with using tools and applications, learns fast with new technologies
    • Motivation to work in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask & prioritize
    • Proactive, enthusiastic, & with a problem-solving attitude
    • Excellent written, oral & listening skills, in English and German
