ROLE
Resource included in the EMEA Wholesale&Franchising department with a positive attitude towards analysis, extremely skilled in Excel and product sensitive, able to manage meetings with WHL clients and supporting the team in the following activities :
MISSIONS
FINANCIAL SCOPE :
- Coordinate with the area managers the process of Forecast for the WHL department
- Implement and follow up CAPEX & COOP: Marketing contribution, SIS salaries, travel expenses
- Consolidate of the invoice process for VM expenses and discount approval
PRODUCT&BUSINESS ANALYSIS SCOPE :
- Weekly monitoring of wholesale bulk and deliveries
- Coordinate and consolidate Power BI data import and Sell Through report
- Support the area managers in client’s meeting regarding product analysis
- Create and maintain a link between merchandising, wholesale HQ and wholesale EMEA team
- Prepare cross-channel analysis reports (Retail and Wholesale) to monitor new trends and spot missing
- Present monthly sales performance review to WHL team: update on WW performance in retail, digital and wholesale
- Prepare competitor analysis and trend observatory reporting
- Participate to the WHL business review preparation
ON THE MARKET :
- Prepare market visit with supporting documents: sell-in, turnover, commercial terms recap
- Be part of market visit to monitor product trends and support the area managers on key clients follow up on business
SHOWROOM ACTIVITIES :
- Prepare pre-showroom activities: consolidating budgets, update mark-up list and exchange rates
- Daily monitoring of orders placed vs target and forecast: sending daily flash to HQ
- Daily quality check on orders (look monitoring, best sellers)
- Coordinate and monitoring the cancel & switch process
- Prepare seasonal recap of EMEA sell-in by area and product category
PROFILE
- 2 to 4 years' experience in the wholesale sector ideally
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is essential
- Very good command of the Office Pack and Excel
- Autonomous, rigorous and organised, good analytical skills and good interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for the Brand and the Fashion Industry
