With full accountability for meeting KPI’s set through personalised client experience and cross selling of products, the Client Advisor will take full ownership of the exclusive relationships of the AMQ clientele.<ul><li>Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening and assisting clients in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of AMQ history and heritage</li><li>Proactively seize all cross-selling opportunities, utilizing all product categories available in the store</li><li>Maintain and develop Client relationships through a custom-made approach and with the support of CRM and digital tools to strengthen Client loyalty</li><li>Engage with Clients on general trends in the fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products</li><li>Be driven to exceed individual financial targets and maximize own sales performances contributing to the success of the entire store</li><li>Foster open and constructive communication with team members, taking a collaborative approach and proposing effective solutions when needed. We are looking for a Client Advisor for our store in Harrods.The McQueen Client Advisor will be a passionate brand ambassador and dedicated team player, promoting brand loyalty and transforming every Client visit into a memorable luxury shopping experience. The Executive Assistant will need to work closely with all direct reports, their assistants, and their teams, but also with McQueen’s worldwide headquarters in London to rapidly develop trust as the basis for an efficient collaboration.Key Accountabilities:<ul><li>Provide accurate, efficient, and seamless high-level administrative support to the President.</li><li>Manage complex calendars, prioritizing and scheduling internal and external meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones.</li><li>Prepare and support internal and external meetings, including welcoming guests and coordinating logistics.</li><li>Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive information with discretion.</li></ul><ul><li>Organize comprehensive domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, transportation, transfers, and meeting schedules.</li><li>Manage monthly expense reports in accordance with the company’s Expense Policy.</li><li>Review and approve expense claims submitted by direct reports.</li><li>Review and approve regional travel requests.</li><li>Oversee corporate card reporting and communication.</li></ul><ul><li>Lead the preparation of business documentation, including presentations, meeting agendas, and travel itineraries.</li><li>Ensure all materials are ready ahead of key business meetings.</li><li>Complete weekly and monthly retail reporting for stores, as well as client advisor performance.</li></ul><ul><li>Work closely with teams across PR, CRM, Merchandising, HR, and Finance to provide support where needed:<ul><li>PR: Compile clippings for key events (e.g., fashion shows, Met Gala).</li><li>CRM: Assist with event coordination and reporting.</li><li>Merchandising: Support Friends &amp; Family Sale logistics.</li><li>HR: Track and report client advisor performance against targets. Assist in onboarding where needed to the corporate &amp; retail teams.</li><li>Finance: Coordinate travel and expense approvals.</li></ul></li></ul>Office Management:<ul><li>Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.</li><li>Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment; manage vendor relationships and supervise office maintenance.</li><li>Coordinate monthly office events, team meetings, and functions, including logistics, catering, and material.</li><li>Manage office budget, expenses, and purchasing, ensuring all financial operations align with the company&#39;s policies.</li><li>Serve as the main point of contact for building management, security, and other office service providers</li></ul>Required Skills: <ul><li>5–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, including a minimum of 4 years supporting a President/CEO within a multinational company, ideally in the Luxury industry.</li><li>At least 4 years of direct experience supporting executive leadership at the highest level.</li><li>3&#43; years of Office Management experience may also qualify, demonstrating strong organizational and operational capabilities.</li><li>Proficient in all key administrative tools and digital platforms, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web browsers.</li><li>Advanced Excel proficiency is essential — must be confident working with formulas, pivot tables, and other complex functions.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce content aligned with luxury brand standards.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, able to build trust and maintain respectful relationships across all levels of the organization.</li><li>Highly accountable and credible, with a strong sense of confidentiality, attention to detail, and compliance.</li><li>Demonstrates a strong work ethic, capable of multitasking and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Flexible, adaptable, and reliable with a proactive approach to anticipating needs and delivering high-quality support.</li><li>Extremely organized and structured, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and responsibilities.</li><li>Effective team collaborator, able to communicate and coordinate with company leaders and their teams across departments.</li></ul>Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000/yearKering is committed to building a diverse workforce.
