Job Scope:

Executive & administrative support to GM

Position Description:

Reporting to General Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the GM of BOUCHERON Korea and both commercial and marketing team with executive & administrative work to assist BOUCHRON Korea to engage with the business fully.

Your main missions would be the following:

  • Responsible for daily support to the GM: Calendar management, meeting/appointment arrangement, negotiation for appointment time
  • Attend weekly meeting to follow up on actions and work closely with commercial / marketing team
  • Prepare business reports, meeting materials
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of GM
  • Manage GM’s domestic/international travel arrangement and logistics such as itinerary preparation, passport/visa requirements, flight & hotel booking, local transportation, etc
  • Arrange logistics and prepare other details for HQ/APAC team visit, workshop, yearend party, etc
  • Prepare and submit expense claims
  • Provide administrative support where necessary; New joiner arrangement, Stationery / beverage supply, New store opening support

Qualification:

  • Bachelor-degree
  • Over 2 years of experience in respectable luxury organization or multinational environment
  • Fluent in both speaking and written English
  • Attentive to details with flexible & positive thinking
  • Team player with pleasant, proactive, passionate, outgoing personality
  • Highly level of keeping confidentiality and communication skill
     

Knowledge:

  • Good understanding of personal assistant role
  • Knowledge of basic HR administrative, G&A job

Skills:

  • Good at MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)Knowledge of basic HR administrative, G&A job
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to communicate with people from different background and levels
