Alexander McQueen is a British luxury house founded by Lee Alexander McQueen. Established in London in 1992, the house joined the Kering Group in 2001 and has been under the creative direction of Seán McGirr since December 2023.From its inception, McQueen has been defined by its expression of individuality and subversive strength, pushing the boundaries of British tailoring traditions. Today, with a design studio and atelier based in London, the house upholds its foundational values, known for its uncompromising creative vision and incisive tailoring.  At McQueen, we live and breathe a culture defined by our key Behaviours:<ul><li>Empower – We empower our team and peers, providing unwavering support to ensure everyone can thrive; this means giving support to your team and those you are working with to succeed. </li><li>Teamwork – We put an emphasis on Teamwork; this means working together as a collective to achieve shared goals.</li><li>Respect – We value respect, treating everyone with dignity and showing genuine appreciation for their efforts: this means treating everyone equally. </li><li>Kindness – We believe kindness is integral to everything we do; this means demonstrating compassion and empathy towards others.  </li></ul>How will you contribute?Sales Objectives &amp; Target<ul><li>To aim in exceeding all sales targets and KPIs set by the Company and ensure that all targets are met by constantly building and maintaining a strong client base</li><li>To analyse sales figures and CRM activities to devise and develop immediate &amp; long term goal plans; execute strategies for sales generation in order to meet monthly goals</li><li>To oversee in-store promotional displays and customer events, liaising with visual merchandising and press department where necessary</li></ul>Store Standards and Customer Care<ul><li>To liaise with your team, other relevant colleagues and customers in order to identify and resolve urgent issues</li><li>To showcase exemplary customer services and resolve customer situations diplomatically, whilst abiding to House’s policies</li><li>To adhere and reinforce the House’s visual merchandising guidelines </li></ul>Stock Controlling<ul><li>To review seasonal orders with sales associates to ensure full merchandise potential to retail buying office</li><li>To go through business recap with sales associates focusing on sell through </li></ul>People Management<ul><li>As the key member of the management team you must lead and motivate staff by being a role model and setting an exceptional example to all staff</li><li>To identify performance issues and manage them to ensure the Company’s obligations are met to make sure fair and consistent processes are followed</li><li>To conduct in-store training including; coordinating the induction of new staff into the store, product knowledge; sharing information gained from the collection presentations and identifying members of staff who require further attention to ensure that their knowledge is up to standard</li><li>To carry out yearly appraisals for all staff and provide constructive and comprehensive feedback, as well as setting individual objectives for development</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>You will be able to demonstrate the desired Alexander McQueen behaviours </li><li>Minimum 8 years experience where 2 years in managerial level in store management in luxury fashion brands</li><li>Computer literate, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications</li><li>Comfortable multi-tasking and able to prioritise tasks</li><li>A good communicator with the ability to interface regularly with internal and external personnel at all levels</li></ul>Kering is committed to building a diverse workforce. Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel:
Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.

Job Family Description -Store Management:
Oversees and guides the stores to ensure a unique customer experience. Manages the relationship between clients and sales team. For the customer, this is the visible face of the brand.

Sub-Job Family Description - Store Manager:
Oversees the business at 360 degrees. Ensures a unique customer experience and that business goals are achieved by effective sales strategies and CRM activities. Promotes staff engagement, motivation and development. Follows visual guidelines to ensure immaculate product display and store image. Ensures store operational procedures run smoothly and efficiently. Represents the brand and our company values at all times.

With full accountability for meeting KPI’s set through personalised client experience and cross selling of products, the Client Advisor will take full ownership of the exclusive relationships of the AMQ clientele.<ul><li>Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening and assisting clients in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of AMQ history and heritage</li><li>Proactively seize all cross-selling opportunities, utilizing all product categories available in the store</li><li>Maintain and develop Client relationships through a custom-made approach and with the support of CRM and digital tools to strengthen Client loyalty</li><li>Engage with Clients on general trends in the fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products</li><li>Be driven to exceed individual financial targets and maximize own sales performances contributing to the success of the entire store</li><li>Foster open and constructive communication with team members, taking a collaborative approach and proposing effective solutions when needed.
