We are looking for a Client Advisor Russian speaker for our Boutique in Dubai Mall - Fashion AvenueThe McQueen Client Advisor will be a passionate brand ambassador and dedicated team player, promoting brand loyalty and transforming every Client visit into a memorable luxury shopping experience. With full accountability for meeting KPI’s set through personalised client experience and cross selling of products, the Client Advisor will take full ownership of the exclusive relationships of the McQueen clientele.Key Accountabilities <ul><li>Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening and assisting clients in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of McQueen history and heritage</li><li>Proactively seize all cross-selling opportunities, utilizing all product categories available in the store</li><li>Recruit, Maintain and develop Client relationships through a custom-made approach and with the support of CRM and digital tools to strengthen Client loyalty</li><li>Strengthen Client loyalty by participating in the Department or Store’s clienteling initiatives</li><li>Engage with Clients on general trends in the fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products</li><li>Be driven to exceed individual financial targets and maximize own sales performances contributing to the success of the entire store</li><li>Foster open and constructive communication with team members, taking a collaborative approach and proposing effective solutions when needed. This role leads core reward processes, oversees global HR budgeting and reporting, and acts as a strategic partner to senior leadership, including the CPO. The position ensures that compensation and benefit frameworks are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives, while driving operational excellence across global HR processes. The role reports directly into the Chief People Officer and has 1 direct report focussed on HR Cost Controlling activities. There will also be opportunities to be involved in ad-hoc change projects when appropriate. The maternity cover is for a period of 12 months.How you will contribute <ul><li>Lead the Centre of Excellence for compensation, benefits, HR data analytics and HR cost controlling, providing strategic expertise to HR teams and senior leaders.</li><li>Develop and execute a global reward roadmap aligned with business priorities and market benchmarking.</li><li>Lead the annual compensation review process: define timelines, partner with WW HR Directors, review and validate proposals, prepare materials for sign-off, and collaborate with HR Shared Services to ensure accurate administration.</li><li>Build senior/executive compensation packages, including LTI structures, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.</li><li>Manage the LTI process with Kering C&amp;B to ensure nominations and grants are administered in accordance with the programme.</li><li>Support HRBPs with role evaluations and levelling using the Korn Ferry Hay methodology.</li><li>Oversee the global Retail Commission Tool (Varicent), providing expertise on HR processes, data flows, and systems integration requirements.</li><li>Act as the organisation’s compensation SME for Workday and associated modules.</li><li>Lead the global rollout of HRIS tools and modules (including Workday), ensuring HRBPs and business leaders receive appropriate training, adoption support, and guidance.</li><li>Lead the global HR budgeting and forecasting process with the support of the HR Controlling Analyst.</li><li>Build scenarios for HR planning and budget setting as required Oversee the ad-hoc application of the global mobility programme, ensuring seamless movement of talent, accurate cost modelling, and understanding of tax implications for both employees and the business.</li><li>Manage, mentor, and support a team of HR professionals to deliver consistently high-quality outputs.</li></ul>Required skills <div><ul><li>Proven experience in a compensation management position for a minimum of 6 years. Ideally in the Luxury Retail industry</li><li>Knowledge of compensation frameworks, market benchmarking, and job evaluation methodologies.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with HR systems or compensation tools; Workday and Varicent are advantageous.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and able to build models and reports to analyse large volumes of data.</li><li>Degree in HR management, economics, financial management or related discipline</li><li>Fluent English</li></ul></div>Please Note: This job description is not exhaustive and may evolve as the needs of the organisation change.Kering is committed to building a diverse workforce. Advises our customers during the buying journey. Presents the collection using brand standards. As the visible face of the brand follows company values. Contributes to reaching set sales targets and enhances customer satisfaction.
