Le Stock Controller/Gestionnaire de stock contribue à l&#39;augmentation du chiffre d&#39;affaires du magasin en suivant des processus transparents de contrôle des stocks dans le respect de la législation, de la sécurité et des exigences internes. Sous la responsabilité du Directeur de boutique, Operation Manager ou Stock Manager selon le volume de vente de la boutique, le Stock Controller/Gestionnaire de stock joue un rôle fondamental dans la performance du back office du magasin. Missions : 1 / Gestion des flux • Soutenir les procédures administratives et opérationnelles liées au flux de marchandises (préparation, expédition et réception des commandes ; traitement, délais/facturation) ; • Préparer, emballer et expédier les marchandises aux points de vente et à l&#39;entrepôt ; • Traiter les différents types de transferts et DTO; • Assurer le bon déroulement des changements de prix ; • Assurer une excellente expérience client tout au long des processus. 2/ Inventory Management (gestion des inventaires tournants) • Suivi et contrôle des inventaires mensuels et plans d&#39;action spécifiques selon problématiques rencontrées ;• Préparation et exécution de l&#39;inventaire annuel ;• Mise en œuvre des plans d&#39;action spécifiques pour éviter les écarts ;• Gestion des négatifs (analyse, recherche, réalisation des ajustements). 3/ Gestion des stocks • Identifier un niveau de stock cohérent pour atteindre les objectifs de vente et alerter en cas manquant ou surstock ; • Gérer les situations d&#39;urgence : livraisons tardives, ruptures d&#39;approvisionnement, erreurs de commande ; • Assurer une bonne organisation de l&#39;arrière-boutique conformément aux lignes directrices ; • Gestion des consignments (ouverture, suivi, clôture, facturation) et produits endommagés. 4/ Omnichannel• Gérer les expéditions spécifiquement liées aux ventes à distance. 5/ Divers • Agir en tant que point de contact principal en ce qui concerne les défectueux(Ouverture et suivi tickets) ; • Appliquer les politiques et procédures opérationnelles de l&#39;entreprise. • Participer au maintien d&#39;un environnement de travail constructif. Profil : • Connaissance approfondie de l&#39;environnement du commerce de détail et expérience fondamentale de la gestion des stocks (3-5 ans) • Souci du détail et sens aigu de l&#39;organisation • Esprit d&#39;équipe et capacités de communication • Capacité d&#39;adaptation et flexibilité face à des circonstances changeantes • Capacité à hiérarchiser l&#39;exécution de toutes les tâches en fonction des besoins de l&#39;entreprise • Forte capacité à trouver des solutions plutôt que des problèmes et à travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution. ROLEAs an Analyst Engineer Intern, you will be an integral part of our Data team (35&#43; data experts), tasked with uncovering insights and developing models that spotlight usages and drifts of our data assets.
