Role MissionAs a Gucci Associate Store Director, you will effectively lead and support all activities to achieve store business objectives, demonstrate the unsurpassed service culture and take responsibility for human resource management, while driving associate development. <h1>Your opportunity</h1>You will drive sales implementing with concrete actions and according to the Retail Excellence guidelines the company strategy; being the Brand Ambassador. You will inspire and develop the team to successfully reach quantitative and qualitative target providing a unique in-store experience.<h1>How you will contribute</h1><ul><li>Translating the yearly target assigning and monitoring weekly and daily individual objectives</li><li>Implementing actions according to specific business opportunities (dedicated training sessions, sales targets, staff rotation); Drive sales and profitability through the implementation of effective merchandising and CRM strategies in alignment with HQ.</li><li>Develop and maintain a high-performing team by recruiting, training, coaching, and motivating employees. Ensuring the effectiveness of the new staff induction program and providing constant in-store training sessions to all the team, following company guidelines - being responsible of the brand and product knowledge of the team</li><li>Being able to build a loyal clientele through engaging and retaining activities leveraging all clienteling tools (client book, daily metrics...)</li><li>Ensure a positive and engaging customer experience that reflects the brand’s values</li><li>Constantly monitoring staff behavior and KPIs&#39; achievement and coach each team member defining specific development plan through monthly touch base</li><li>Planning and scheduling the team and staff resources, according to the coverage of the floor</li><li>Managing the stock in the most effective way constantly keeping focus on sales</li><li>Managing operational activities (couriers, store cleanings, postage) optimizing cost, resources and time</li><li>Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to achieve company goals;</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment according to the highest standards.</li><li>Embrace a culture of Innovation and continuous improvement.</li></ul><h1>Who you are</h1><ul><li>Preferable Bachelor’s degree</li><li>Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in a retail environment. At least 5 years in managerial position in luxury boutiques</li><li>Knowledge of high-end fashion field and current fashion trends</li><li>Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and sales strategies</li><li>Strong leadership and motivational skills</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Passion for customer service and a commitment to exceeding expectations</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Business view</li><li>Drive</li><li>Flexibility</li><li>Networking</li></ul>Why work with us?
