Assist Head of Client Engagement to prepare business plan, formulate local marketing strategies in accordance with the global strategy direction • Ensure effective communication with headquarter event team to ensure smooth and strong working relationship • Implement and manage promotion event campaigns to maximize business potential, to ensure brand communications and product promotions, to achieve high quality of image as well as effectiveness in productivity • Leverage all internal and external resources to develop and implement new forward-looking acquisition and client management activities • Managing the teams responsible for various facets of client engagement (e.g., success, performance, relationships, ), ensuring an optimal customer experience that aides in the retention and development of clients • Execute event guideline to coordinate the formulation within the organization • Conduct marketing and event proposal, recap, report • Event budget control • Monitor and manage vendor quality and delivery best outcome • Secure all set up / decoration aspects of events and to ensure the compliance with corporate guidelines. • Inspect layouts and content of marketing material for adherence to brand specifications • Establish image and Catalogue library to well manage all materials used under legal copyright • Translate all catalogue to well covey English to Chinese with brand's tone and manner • Collect and analyze competitors’ activities to Head of Client Engagement • Conduct research on newly developed areas for event planning and report to Head of Client Engagement • Leverage trade's best resources to maximize store visibility and recruit potential customers • Establish and manage trade (landlord) contacts • Well understand trade's calendar and tie in store event / activity to generate traffic and sales contribution • Manage, track and improve effectiveness and efficiencies of brand programs • Take charge of internal communications, such as Newsletter • Provide marketing support to retail team in promotion activities • Any other administration duties as many assigned from time to time • Assist Communications Director to organize periodical meetings, conduct reports • Lead, monitor, motivate and coach the marketing force to ensure the functional objectives are achieved
