Ensures the team collects meaningful client information for the CRM tool to help further engage with clients (campaigns, events, one to one appointment…)

Helps the VM team by sharing key information on slow movers and best sellers
Store Operations
Maintain the stability and reputation of the Brand by complying with legal requirements
Ensures key team members work closely with Local Store Operation
