Key Accountabilities
· Serve clients accordingly with the Gucci selling ceremony
· Provide an exceptional client experience by greeting, listening and assisting all clients; demonstrating excellent knowledge of the products as well as the Gucci history and heritage
· Guarantee cross and up-selling for all product categories
· Advise clients appropriately discussing giving them advice on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market. Always showing passion for fashion and luxury products
· Build and strengthen trust based relationships with clients, dealing with different cultures and personalities always putting the clients at ease
· Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of customer information, according to the Company tools (CRM), in order to retain actual customers and detect new high potential ones
· Ensure the achievement of individual and Store goals; always acting with a sense of urgency
· Be an agile and collaborative team player, proposing creative and effective solutions
· Contribute to managing the visual display of the products in accordance with the Gucci visual standards
Key Requirements
· Proven experience in a similar role within a fashion retail company
· Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store result
· A genuine and deep passion for fashion, trends and luxury
· Excellent commercial awareness
· High flexibility and the ability to adapt to different customers
· A Team-player mentality
· Strong communication skills
· The ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment
· Luxury product knowledge
· Fluency in an additional language would be advantageous
