Role Mission We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our product marketing team, within Brand & Customer Engagement department. The candidate will report directly into the Product Marketing Manager (PMM) and will be required to provide support to help achieve quarterly and yearly goals. He/She will have access to both business and image related key information to help develop and coordinate global/regional and tactical Product Marketing campaigns, for all Gucci product categories. His/Her insightful contribution will help enhance visibility on key quanti-qualitative information and data across departments, besides develop, expand and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • 360 Product Marketing campaigns quanti-qualitative reports development
  • Support PMM in cross-department alignments
  • Support PMM in the development of weekly/seasonal calendars summarizing key activations across platforms, in collaboration with designated counterparts across teams & departments
  • Go to Market documents development and constant update
  • Support PMM in maintaining a punctual and efficient alignment between HQ and Regional teams to enhance MarComms strategic planning and campaigns roll-out consistency
  • PM point person for Consumer Insights & Analytics team
  • PM Point person for Client Engagement & Consumer Campaigns / Customer Journeys teams
  • Key support for Monthly Business Reviews with Merchandising team

Things That Should Be in Your Background

  • 5+ years’ experience in Marketing & Communication
  • Analytical background
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Capable of performing valid and reliable market research / analysis
  • Capable of reading data, formulate reports and make recommendations
  • Remain fully informed on market trends
  • Very good knowledge of English – both written and spoken
  • Excellent computer skills and very good knowledge of MS Office applications - Excel and PowerPoint in particular
  • Google Analytics knowledge is a plus
