We are currently seeking a Digital Training Specialist (with focus on Digital Platform maintenance and content creation) who will report to the Senior Content & Implementation Trainer Manager as part of our dynamic Corporate Training team in our HQ in Milan. It will be a 1-year term-fixed contract.

Your opportunity

You will be responsible for supporting the New Kering Eyewear Digital Training Platform upkeep, the internal & external promotion throughout the creation of multiple digital training contents and assisting in our organizational tasks.

To be successful as a Digital Training Specialist with us, you must have excellent interpersonal skills, good expertise in product training contents development and organizational attitude.

We are searching for someone with a little extra kick on visual and creativeness, able to apply his/her original point of view to contents development and implementing innovative solution.

How you will contribute

  • Supporting the upkeep of the new Kering Eyewear Digital Training Platform: training digital modules creation and constant update on ARTICULATE RISE 360°, digital mini-training pills (quizzes, engaging posts and much more) design;

  • Following and coordinating a dynamic Content Editorial Calendar based on training needs and priority;

  • Coordinating external vendors to guarantee an efficient workflow for training materials optimization and platform implementation;

  • Managing and monitoring monthly training budget/costs for all initiatives;

  • Guaranteeing the efficient distribution and promotion to internal target through different ways, including the Company Internal social media platform;

  • Guaranteeing the back-end reporting and analysis;

  • Supporting the organization of Corporate training events at Global and Regional levels;

  • Supporting Corporate Training daily back-office activities;

  • Analyzing competitors’ trends and monitoring new learning trends and tools to empower training efficiency and results;

  • Being curious and proactive in searching new and efficient training solutions and tools.

Who you are

  • 2-3 yrs in similar roles with experience in Digital Training/Digital Content Creation (i.e. in the Training / Marketing / Communication Dept.);

  • Previous experience in a structured company with a strong digital strategy, is highly preferred;

  • Excellent level of copywriting;

  • Strong digital mindset;

  • Experience in Fashion-Luxury-Cosmetic industries are a plus;

  • Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Power Point expertise, with proved graphic skills;

  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods as well as learning digital tools (i.e. ARTICULATE RISE 360°);

  • English (C1 level) and Italian fluent speaker and writing. Any additional language is a plus;

  • Strongly focused on results and respectful of deadlines;

  • Dynamic, proactive, flexible and curious, fast learner and committed to teamwork;

  • Strong team player and excellent communicator with entrepreneurship autonomy and problem-solving skills;

  • Clear and open communication ability;

  • Extremely organized and details oriented;

  • Passionate and enthusiastic.
