Your Opportunity

MCQ are in search of a worldwide Digital and Social Media Manager to join at a pivotal time for the label’s expansion. Working in a highly creative and fast-paced environment, you will gain exposure to a wide range of disciplines to lead across our digital communication platforms to raise brand awareness, engagement and facilitate brand growth.

How you will contribute:

  • Digital project manager/ developing long term digital strategy (How does the content look like across the icons, long term planning, across the year)

  • Analysing and measuring key numbers & KPIS and reporting the results to management

  • Responsible for delivery and execution of the digital/ social plan, content and growth

  • Managing big legal contracts and / or potential issues

  • Digital and social input and expertise in all partnership including Wholesale, VIP and press

  • Managing all paid social / digital media

  • Input on E-commerce

  • Directing and aligning MYMCQ content in collaboration with editor and copy writer

  • Responsible for production shoots and developing brand assets with internal production team, can include managing external production and approval process

  • Manage the global social media channels, developing a seasonal content plan and relevant asset including China (WeChat, Weibo, YouKu)

  • Work with external and internal production teams, developers, and graphic designers to organise and manage content creation and shoots as required

  • Brief and oversee and sign off copy development and posting for digital channels

  • Work with the Head of Communication to manage the digital marketing budget, asset, approval and implementation for wholesale and franchise partners

  • Work with Licensing partners to build and implement organic and paid digital marketing activities

  • Responsible for managing and developing assets for Internal communications, including seasonal training, Workplace content and brand education tools

  • Cross-functionally collaborate to use data analytics for digital business development

  • Working collaboratively with Head of Communications to build a seasonal based strategy incorporating all aspects of communications

  • Management of the CRM database and strategic input in on customer interaction (Superphone)

Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive Digital Communications experience gained in-house within a contemporary retailer of a comparable size at a worldwide level

  • Analytical and number focused

  • Excellent eye for detail, product sensitivity and affinity to the label

  • Creative thinker, with proven experience of proposing and implementing new ideas

  • Fluency in English required with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrable experience growing digital communication channels

  • Excellent time management, prioritisation and proactivity

  • Calm, professional and presentable

  • Proven experience managing multiple global digital media channels

  • Flexible and able to travel as part of your role

  • Degree in a related discipline
