Our Mission

We are currently seeking at a Product Merchandising Manager who will join the Pomellato and Dodo Brand Division. She/he will be responsible for the coordination of all the activities around the product, from the preparation of the briefs for the Creative department to the performances analysis.

How you will contribute

  • Monitor competition and Identify new business opportunities

  • Manage the product portfolio of the company (new products, gap filling, pruning, price positioning, catalogues…)

  • Communicate the vision and value of new products to Sales, Markets & Brand team and realize extensive documents on new launches (business objectives, market context, inspiration, sales arguments, technical details, 360° ATL and BTL support summary)

  • Make a monthly business review on product performances (by area, nationality, network…) to be presented to corporate management

  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure improvement for products working closely with design and operation teams

  • Prepare briefs for BTL tools creation helping with the choice of products, according to the product strategic priorities

Who you are

  • Master degree in Business or Marketing

  • At least 5 years of experience in Marketing or Merchandising, gained in International Company

  • A previous  experience in luxury, fashion or beauty field is a plus

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Extremely well-organized, precise, and able to multi-task with excellent prioritizing and time-management skills

  • Positive and proactive attitude; team-work oriented

  • Consumer understanding

  • Excellent knowledge of Office programs (mainly Excel and Power Point)

  • Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
