KERING APAC Treasury and Payment Manager

Your opportunity
Reporting to the Kering APAC Director of Treasury and Insurance based in Tokyo, and thanks to your expertise, dynamism and leadership you will be in charge to successfully manage financing, treasury and payment topics for our activity in APAC (excluding China, Japan and Korea) across all brands liaising with the Group Payment manager and the Corporate Treasury team in Paris. The position is based in Kering Malaysia shared service office in Petaling Jaya.
How you will contribute
- Ensure appropriate financing of our subsidiaries by actively manage Kering current facilities with headquarter or banks, adjust them according to brand needs, help brand to apply for internal or external short-term loan, renew facility and comfortable letters as necessary, arrange capital injection
- Manage cash surplus and invest them according to corporate treasury instructions, report to Group and provide cash forecast
- Provide support for bank guarantee issuance related to custom, leases or other
- Manage day-to-day cash operations like bank account opening and payment facility preparation when opening new stores
- Manage bank relationship in coordination with corporate treasury and APAC director of treasury and insurance.
- Manage Retail & Online payment collection: contractual relationship with PSPs, payment methods and acquirers, support Group RFI / RFP, local project support including negotiate credit card collection charge rate, liaise with Group Payment manager, Kering Technology and Brands. KPI’s monitoring.
- Contribute to the enhancement of SAP for cash and treasury processes with the support of the Kering Group Treasury SAP manager
In all these tasks, you will ensure a smooth communication and coordination between Corporate and Regional treasury, Financial Shared Services, Houses and IT with good connection to the banks. You will be assisted by a team of one to two analysts directly reporting to you.
Who you are:
- At least 5 years’ experience in Financing and Treasury within an international corporation in South East Asia
- Experience in retail industry (including restaurant, hotels, etc. which involves credit card and QR code collections) would be a plus
- Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders and network with peers
- Analytical and synthetic skills, curiosity, rigor, reactivity, strong personal involvement, good interpersonal skills
- SAP S4 HANA would be a plus
