Where and when could you start the internship with us?

Starting on October 30th, 2023, we will offer an internship opportunity in the EMEA Finance team in Florence.

Key Accountabilities

Get an overview of the whole monthly closing process;
Understand and manage the reporting systems and IT tools;
Improve the relationship with the Regional Controlling Functions;
Improve the knowledge of the forecasting and planning process in terms of Sales & Margin;
Ability to analyze data and trends;
Develop analytical and presentation skills;
Develop a good relationship with internal stakeholders;
Work in a multicultural environment.

What will you learn with us?

Develop analytical skills;
Develop knowledge of Gucci products or clients;
Learn Gucci/Corporate processes, values, and ways of working;
Develop team working skills;
Develop critical thinking and autonomy;
Learn proficient usage of work tools (e.g., Power Point & Excel).

What are the basics?

You should be going into your last year of university and planning a gap semester to take an internship or have recently graduated (within the past 2 years) with successful studies in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related fields;
Previous curricular/extra-curricular or educational experience abroad is a plus;
Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English are required;
Involvement in curricular university activities and volunteering activities;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

How will the Recruitment process look like?

The selection process will be starting in September 2023

The last step of the recruitment process will be a final interview with the hiring manager and HRBP.
